“Albondigas En Picante  Salsa De Tomate”- pork and veal meatballs in spicy, savory tomato-sweet pea stew, served with crostini and a Romano crisp.  13

Beef Tenderloin– grilled medallions topped with a bone marrow-scallion compound butter, served with pancetta-roasted fingerling potatoes.   36

Ribeye– griled land served over mashed wasabi potatoes, finished with a Szechuwan demi-glace.  35

Pork Chop- True Bridge Durock bone in-chop with a bourbon-molasses barbeque sauce, served with jalapeno bacon-brown sugar baked beans.  28

Wild Steelhead- cedar planked and honey-balsamic glazed filet, served over dilled Israeli couscous and sautéed Swiss chard.   29

Corvina- pan seared and topped with a Pistachio buerre blanc and cherry coulis, served over dried cranberry risotto.  24

Chicken- roasted bone-in breast, served over Saffron rice pilaf, topped with a Paquillo pepper cream sauce and finished with goat cheese crumbles.  22

Duck- seared breast with a huckleberry demi-glace, served over spiced spaghetti squash, sautéed Hericot Vert, and candied kumquats.  27

Vegetarian- green curry-Udon noodle stew served with bean sprouts, peppers, onion and bok choy.  16
